This represents a form on your website.  All of the fields in the form are customizable and when the form is online, it appears as https:// and it has a visual lock, which is the same security that you should see whenever you purchase something online or when you log into any account online that has secure information such as a bank or brokerage.	This is how we secure our mail server at https://mail.DDS.com. The https and the lock are enlarged so you can visually see them in the image above.   When a form is submitted on your website, it is directed to our secure mail server so the transmission from the webpage to the mail server is encrypted and secure.	This is the setting that secures the transmission of the email from the mail server to your email application.  You can use any email application that enables you to make a secure connection such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Mail for Mac, Entourage, etc.
